Abstract: |
The high-fidelity merging processing is an efficient method suitable for detecting fractures in carbonate rock with the pre-stack azimuth anisotropy. It is successfully used to process the 3-D seismic data from Nanpu-3 buried-hill area in Jidong Field. The result shows that in plane maps of fracture density predicted from the multi-collecting 3-D seismic data through merging processing, the predicting fractures in carbonate rock are well regular in distribution and quite accurate in direction, which is also highly consistent with the logging data. |
